Prodeje mobilní telefonů se hroutí v největším propadu od vzniku chytrých telefonů.
Alespoň takto to BBC předkládá v Coronavirus: Smartphone sales collapse amid pandemic. V cestě stojí pozastavení výroby v Asii ale i nemožnost nebo neochota zákazníků chodit do obchodů (a nutno dodat, že značnou roli budou hrát i obavy z budoucnosti a tím aktivovaný šetřící režim). V únoru 2019 se tak prodalo 99.2 milionu kusů chytrých telefonů, v březnu 2019 už jenom 61.8 milionu. Roli zde bude hrát i zrušené MWC.
